about me.

I grew up in a very small town in Northern New York (think Canada), and attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design.

I was the Graphic Design intern for the marketing department at the university for a year, along with being the Artistic Designer and Director of a student-led magazine for my last semester.

After college, I initially worked for a UPS Store in my hometown.  Designing and printing  in such a fast paced and variable environment helped me gain much more knowledge of the other side of designing and printing - which is paper.

This led me to Denver, Colorado where I’ve lived since January 2022. I worked as a freelance designer until I was hired at Donahue Paper Emporium as a designer. From that point on, I’ve designed and printed custom invitations and stationery for clients,  most notably wedding invitations, for the company. I have become much more familiar with the world of paper and printing, along with working one-on-one with customers, helping their visions come to life.

I am always thinking ahead, eager to work on many projects, and have no problem making deadlines. I have always had an appreciation for engaging design and I love seeing what I can come up with for others and myself.
