NORTH STAR literary & arts MAGAZINE

SUNY Plattsburgh publishes a student-led literary and arts magazine every year, and I was the Artistic Director and Designer of the 2020 edition. This entailed deciding which art pieces, that were submitted by students, would be shown in this edition. I also designed the layout of the magazine and was the first designer of the magazine to have their own art featured on the cover. Below are just a few highlights of the 74 pages of this years edition. Our theme for this year’s edition was growth, which is why the cover art and separation pages feature greenery and plants. This ties in with mental and personal growth, which many of the selected written pieces show.
